Within 3 seconds of submitting your resume and answering 3 very basic questions (education level, ability to work in US, 18 or older), you automatically receive a link to a video interview. It involves 11 questions. If you prepare, do it right, it takes a couple of hours. I found the lack of scrutiny and demand to be highly disrespectful.

Panel interviews are widely used throughout Providence. Panels use behavior-based question format. The interview and decision process can take quite a bit of time. Panels can range from 3 to 6 people.
