It was well organized and easy to flow through. There were great tips and guidance on how to navigate the interview process. I am very pleased with the whole process.

They asked how I handled a difficult situation in my previous employment.
Interview process was a virtual interview, then a video interview. STAR format for questions but wasn’t difficult. Half of the interview was behavioral questions, other half was discussing the company and role.

Interview
The first step in the process is a phone interview. The interview lasts about 45 minutes and they only asked about 10 behavioral questions. A few days later they emailed me about a second in person interview. The in person interview went ok, it was with the regional manager and another person. The manager honestly seemed like she didn't want to be there and rushed the interview. I prepared beforehand since they notified me they were going to ask 10 behavioral questions, and instead she only asked about 4 and talked about herself half of the time. Overall I got a weird vibe, and didn't have a great impression from the progressive managers.
