First round interview was 30 minutes via Zoom and fairly straightforward. I was told I would hear from HR on next steps (whether that be scheduling another interview or if they would no longer be moving forward with interview process) and never heard from them again.

Zoom call set up after receiving referral. Very late follow up. Rather unprofessional. I think they just like to talk to people but it's been hard to figure out what they want.
