The online assesment process is customized on the position, and more precisely on the responsability level. For a manager position, they asess the leadership potential and the honesty. (The honesty type questions are tricky!). Many questions ( 65 items for my quiz), some of them redundant - but conceived for testing the corectness in the answers.
The best answer is to be honest, but also smart to understand the sense of the quiz. They want to meet the people that suit a P&G profile. They search people that are leaders, curious, creatives, team players, honest, learning oriented etc.

First there is a game based assessment, then there is the interview which is based in behavioural questions in a panel interview (4-5 people) and you must answer questions with STAR
1) Capability & personality tests (the standard ones you can find online) 2) Three rounds of interviews (mostly behavioral and situational questions) Overall smooth process. All interviews done via Teams due to covid.

Template question, you can easily find it on google/youtube. You need to be fluent in english because this is the multinational company. The question commonly related with P&G value including leadership, inovation, courage, etc Tips : Be confident, tell the interviewer as honest as you can
