Pretty Simple, and not intentionally difficult. Interviewer genuine and patient. Process seamless. Environment inviting and not too stressful. Questions are to the point and related to the job. The interviewer asks me questions about your experience as it relates to the job that you are interviewing for. Nothing really difficult about the process, like any other basic interview I suppose.
