Interview
Fairly average interview experience relative to the rest of the industry, but an overall drawn-out interview process that saw at least a month of separation between any significant candidacy updates - candidate experience needs significant improvement in this regard.

Question 1
How do you handle conflict resolution between two engineering team members?
On the whole, Probably Monsters interview process was quick and fairly standard. I went through the typical three interview stages of screen, hiring manager, and panel loop.
So why the negative experience? Because they switched the position I was interviewing for during the full loop and never informed me they did that. I was set up to fail without knowing it. Everyone but me knew the circumstances.
I essentially got to embarrass myself for the greater part of the final interview loop because everyone was asking me questions I wasn't prepared to answer until I realized what was happening. I was being interviewed as a Technical Producer when the position I applied for was a Creative Producer role. These are two very different disciplines with different requisite background expectations. I actually am capable of doing that role, but not when I don't know that's what I'm interviewing for.
Of course I didn't get an offer. All I got was a rejection and no acknowledgement of the mishandling.
