I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ProPoint Graphics in Jun 2015
Interview
This was the most unprofessional yet prolonged interview I've ever had. They researched me as if I was applying for something at the NSA. Not a single person I met with could see beyond the length of their nose, and they approached every question with cynicism. Note to you, sirs - do not mistake that collective character flaw for discerning intelligence.
They'll never successfully rebrand themselves from a powerpoint shop to a full agency because upper management is myopic and doesn't understand the bigger picture - organizational structure, brand development, outreach and strategy.
The only reason I am rating the interview "difficult" is because I had to work very hard not to vomit every time they dropped the phrases "we work hard and play hard," "it's unconventional but fun" and "we have ....(wait for it)...Nerf guns!" Big deal. Nerf Guns does not an agency make. Don't you know that's the biggest joke in the industry?
