The interview process is very thorough. You will speak with all co-workers, management, and executive management. They use a combination of phone interview, one-on-one interviews, and group interviews. It's a start-up company so there aren't many employees. Prepare by going through the web site and learning as much as possible about the company. People are great, office is in a nice location (University Research Center on UC Irvine campus), and lots of hard work with minimal resources.
