Interview
Applied online and about 2 weeks later got a call for an interview the following week. Interview lasted about 20 minutes and was very relaxed ( which was good bc this was my first ever interview). The interviewers were very nice, joking with each other which made it feel more casual. Asked a few questions and then explained what would happen if I were successful. Then the next day received a call saying I got the job and had to go for an induction the next week.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
