once you apply to the company they will look at your resume and if you fit into what they may be looking for you will receive an email asking if you are interested in talking a bit about teh company. Once they call you and they determine that you fit into what the company is looking for you will be asked if you are interested in coming for an in-person interview, from there you may be offered the position.
