Interview
The interview was fairly straightforward. However, they seemed more interested in projects I had done with my previous company (that they had lost) than in anything else. They brought in a few of their higher ups just to get some intel on their competition. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The other thing that I found strange is that they discourage any sort of telecommuting. For a company that provides conference technologies, this should always be one of the perks.
