I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Stratford, CT) in Apr 2014
Interview
Called me and essentially gave me the job over the phone. Barely any interview, Should be able to get job as long as your living and breathing. Very wary because of high turnover
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They barely asked questions. They are recruiters and get percentage for new hires. Considering there is a high turnover they try to get new candidates like crazy.

Interview
The interviewers were nice. However, when I asked about pay structure in my first interview the interviewer said that question would be answered in m second interview. When I asked about it in my second interview, that interviewer said he could not answer my question and that it would be discussed in my third interview. I ultimately canceled my third interview due to lack of transparency about the pay.
I applied online. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
Great initial interview, immediately was selected to move forward with a second round interview. The first interviews are virtual and with very welcoming people. The interview process is quick, for me at least, it moved fast, scheduling the second interview to be the same day as the first.
