Sat down in conference room with interviewer and discussed the job opportunity. The interviewer saw my background as being "challenging" and suggesting that I would be good for the job since it too was challenging--requiring significant endurance for success as marketer. He made me want to work for Power in the interview, and I accepted the job offer in the interview.
They call and talk to you for a while on the phone then bring you in for a few step process interview. The phone call feels long and value-bringing however remember it is still a door-to-door sales job.

Easy process, 2 stages, good professional atmosphere. Dress professionally, answer professionally, and have personal goals. Be engaging, don’t provide one word answers, and think about the big picture. When interview is over, thank, and follow up.

Interview process is very laid back and casual. None pressure feeling. Power is more interested in getting a chance to know you as a person. Want to see how you will fit into the culture
