Interviewed by Talent Acquisition via phone 3 weeks after applying. Interviewed by hiring manager and peers via video call 7 weeks after applying. Flew to Idaho for on-site interview with HR Leadership team 11 weeks after applying. Though hiring manager said to me twice they weren't trying to belabor the hiring process, she would not commit to a tentative schedule. After my on-site I was not contacted by anyone at PE to inform me of the hiring decision, even after I posed the inquiry to TA a month later. I felt my treatment was rude and unprofessional, especially considering I interviewed with THE leaders responsible to set the culture for the entire organization.
