I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at PostGrid in Sep 2025
Interview
Had an initial screening that went fine, then a second interview that was a complete waste of time. After that — silence. No follow-up, no feedback, nothing. Just ghosted.
The whole process felt disorganized and directionless. It was clear they didn’t really know what they were looking for, and communication completely fell apart after the call.
Honestly, glad it ended there. If this is how they treat candidates before hiring, it says everything about how they run the rest of the company. Don’t waste your time here.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PostGrid
Interview
Pros:
* Partnerships lead was professional and clear about program types.
* There seems to be real inbound demand and some RevOps support.
Cons:
* CRO, Prateek kept cutting me off while I was asking questions.
* He made condescending comments about my curiosity, including saying “don’t worry, I can even send you an email with all of our company numbers” when I asked normal questions about company performance.
* Straightforward questions on channel revenue and KPIs were dodged.
* Asked about my notice period before confirming next steps.
Interview experience:
Two people were on the call. The partnerships lead was measured and helpful. Prateek dominated the conversation, interrupted repeatedly, and turned basic discovery questions into a negative. When I asked about revenue contribution and KPIs, I got vague answers, capped off by a sarcastic “I can even send you an email with all our numbers” line. The overall tone felt dismissive and unnecessarily condescending.

After passing the initial HR interview and a technical interview with the CTO focused on Node.js, I enjoyed meeting the team in the third round, seeing their collaborative environment. However, in the final interview with the CEO, I was surprised to learn the position was for a sales engineer, not a software engineer. The CEO asked me about client persuasion and sales strategies, which were unrelated to the technical role I applied for.
As expected, I did not receive any further communication from them after the interview.
