You start with an online application and then are sent 2 questions to answer in an online interview. You will know the questions beforehand and can prepare answers. It will be helpful to write down and rehearse your answers before hand.

Was a HR interview. Was a good learning experience. Would recommed peopel to go for it even if not looking into going for Hedge Funds.
Had the questionaire, Submitted case, waited and heard back in 2 weeks, first round with short hr call, second round after a couple days coach round with "coach", still waiting for result but likely pinged
