A friend on Facebook connected me with a worker in Plimus who got me an interview. After some email communication with the CTO, he referred me to a recruitment officer. She interviewed me about my life, and my CV, and my expectations. I made a good impression, and she requested that I would also meet the team leader I was to work under. He gave a more technical test, nothing very hard, mostly consisting of technical trivia nothing specific. I impressed him as well, and was hired.
