It starts with a simple phone conversation to make sure that you're aware of what the job entails. The next step is a one on one with the manager or someone from the hiring team. With me they went over lots of specifics, your previous work experience, and why you're interested int he positions (pretty normal questions). From here you're called back to schedule second round interview where, you actually get to shadow one of the leaders from the office. So you get to see exactly what the position looks like. It was definitely a very transparent process and I felt very well informed and positive about the experience.
