Interview
Initially contacted by Marketing Manager for phone screening. After short conversation, was invited for Zoom meeting with three other members of marketing team. Video meeting lasted about an hour. Was then asked to complete a writing assignment and after submitting, never heard back. It would be nice to at least receive an acknowledgement that my writing assignment was received. Unprofessional and disrespectful to ghost after two interviews and a writing assignment.
The HR Representative scheduled a one hour screening video meeting with the CEO, me and herself.
Fitting the 15 minutes we met, they were both unprofessional. I felt as though I was the odd man out of an inside joke.
It's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back, which is not surprising but unprofessional.
