Gave feedback in about 3 weeks. This involved an online aptitude for the online proctored test. After another week I was called in for an online interview then a physical one with a senior manager before getting an offer

Relatively timely follow up and an exceptional level of transparency which was very appreciated. Could tell they don’t have a culture built around gatekeeping information and proactively offered information about the history of the team and what they were looking for.
