It's a simple 10 minute talk about what hours and duties you would be responsible for and if it would suit you or not. They asked a little about my previous experience but overall very easy.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pizza Inn (Wilson, NC) in Nov 2019
Interview
Was very quick and easy lasted about 20 minutes total. She asked about my availability and my extracurricular activities. Only two or three questions seemed to be interview questions. Of course the typical why should we hire you. Looking back, I feel that I was going to be hired regardless of my answers.
