Interview for Pinterest. First part was a recruiter call then a technical phone screen. After that their virtual onsite interview loop which consisted of a behavioral section, two DS/A sections, one webcoding round. Felt like I crushed all the sections and EVERY single one of interviewers gave me feedback right after saying I did great. Yet the feedback from the recruiter was the team wanted someone more technically strong, like huh? Feels like they just genuinely wasted my time and probably already had someone they wanted to hire.
