Interview
Lengthy process: HR phone screening interview, online cognitive test 50 questions in 15min + HR related behavioral test (15min), phone interview with team manager, programming assignment, 2hr in-person interview with development team/quality engineering team/hiring manager.

Question 1
The cognitive test questions get progressively harder as your reach the end of the 50 questions. Pace yourself and expect questions to get harder, so spend as little time as possible on the earlier ones.
3 step interview process, interviewers were very kind and communicative throughout the entire process, except never got a final response. Recruiter call, interview with hiring manager, on-site technical and behavioural interview.
