1 on 1 interview . The interviewer was very approachable but unfortunately the interviewer did not know enough about the role that was being offered. Each answer to each question that I had regarding the role was either unknown or to be advised, which made it very difficult for me to ask any further questions regarding the role..it was also very difficult to answer any questions regarding what my management style would be as it was also unknown at that stage who I would be managing.
