I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PharMerica (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2014
Interview
It's pretty much how every interview is done. Resume gets looked over, asked questions, told the requirements of the job. Have to wait for background to clear and you're trained for up to a month, depending on your intake of things.

Question 1
Have you previously worked in pharmacy or studied pharmacy?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PharMerica
Interview
I applied online on a Friday, but had a good referral. I received a call to set up the interview the next week on Wednesday. I interviewed the following Monday, and received an offer three weeks later. The interview itself was about twenty minutes in length. I was mainly asked questions about my experience and I appreciated the fact that it did not feel scripted. The two interviewers just wanted to get a feel for my personality and experience, which was great.
Interviewed directly with the Director of Pharmacy. The interview itself was only about fifteen to twenty minutes long. Standard questions for the actual interview. I made sure to get his business card before I left and sent him a thank you email after the interview. Once I was called back, I got the offer and I accepted.
