Pfizer Lab Assistant interview questions

Hiring process was timely. Was given 1 interview after sending in my materials and was offered the position the next week. The interview itself was unlike any other I had ever had, all technical questions asked by a panel of scientists. I was asked to describe certain protocols in detail, asked to solve math problems using stoich. and mental approximations. It felt like I was being interrogated not interviewed.
