Interview
At first, I had a phone screening with two research investigators. They asked some general, and some technical questions. Then, I was invited to an onsite interview. I had to present a 30-minute talk, followed by 5-6 2-1 interviews.
Very smooth and clear process and very friendly and respectful interviewers. Questions about background, as well as some technical and behavioural questions. Suggest candidates research Pfizer's core values during preparation

Interview
Only did the initial screening process, but it seemed rather relaxed, which I appreciated. The interviewer was very personable. Other than that, like most interviews. Did not move past the initial screening process though.
First round interview was a 30 minute HR phone call. Second Round interview was a mother 30 call with the hiring manager. Final interview was followed by 3 hour Zoom interview with a panel of 7 people
