Some they later there was another interview with HRagent, R&D manager, and direct supervisor. Talking about background and some Technical questions about the project.
- how to ensure that new changes won't break the old part of code?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Petal in Dec 2020
Simple and fair interview process, company got back to me quickly. No whiteboard interview or difficult technical questions, just a phone interview, project, and a second interview with a supervisor.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
I applied online. I interviewed at Petal
After applying online, I received a phone call for a quick screening. I then had to go onsite and had a Logical test followed by standard interview with the hiring manager
