First it was a Phone interview, then followed by a in person. It was with two people, pretty casual and easy going. Not a bad experience but I didn’t get the job.

They give you a scenario and ask you how to deal with an intoxicated individual. The managers also give you a multi-choice to fill out, which I believe is stupid as they have the same scenarios in practical exercises.
