Interview
Phone call, plus multi-hour on-site interview with various management and development staff. New facility was still under construction, but nice enough. Many red flags from both management - "are you willing to work 80-hour weeks", "how will you handle multiple tasks which are all highest priority" - as well as the developers - "we never make our sprint commitments", "priorities are always changing".
They claimed to be "agile scrum", but these were clearly just buzzwords for them.
Never heard back from them ("ghosted") after the on-site interview.

How will you manage being given multiple tasks which are all equally high priority?
I am so sorry you had a negative experience during our interview process. We know how important our candidates time is and it is never our intention to "ghost" a candidate. It sounds like there was a communication failure between our hiring manager and the recruiting team.
