I had interviewed at Persistent and there were 2 technical interviews, one was for 30 mins and the other took more than 1 hour. The HR even asked for my documents which I submitted on immediately as she wanted to close my offer as soon as possible. So we had a HR discuss after 2 days of follow up were she only asked my current CTC and the expected one. As per our discussion she didn't commit any exact package as she told me, she didn't get any CTC related communication from the hiring manager and hence she will check with him and get back to me. After this conversation I did not receive any communication from her. They have wasted my 3 hours of time even though I already mentioned my expected CTC and the notice period of 90 days which is negotiable. Very disappointed with such behaviour especially from a company like Persistent.
