Interview
The process took about 3 weeks. The recruiter screening was simple questions, but she was 10 mins late to the call. She blamed internal meetings. The final interview was with the VP of Customer Success.

Interview
Their recruiter was lovely and followed up promptly, but I was not impressed with their senior leadership team. A bunch of young cocky males who have very little business experience. It also bothered me that they do not respond to these reviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Percolate in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied online and received a call from the recruiter about a week later. This was a standard initial phone interview; she asked me about my employment history, went over the role and asked me about salary expectations. It was very straightforward and she was lovely to speak with. After our call she set up a second round interview with the VP of Customer Success, as well as sent me an assessment to complete before the next call. The assessment was about 5 questions with multiple parts, asking how I'd handle certain situations, which I completed and sent back in less than 24 hours.
The second interview with the VP of CS was a video call. The interview itself wasn't particularly difficult. I was asked again about my background and basic situational questions. The interviewer however seemed pretty uninterested the entire time. He was constantly looking around, fidgeting and looking like he had somewhere else to be. I asked intelligent questions which seemed to get his attention, but any time I was answering his questions, his mind was elsewhere.
I received an email the following business day saying that they have other candidates whose skills more closely align with the role and that I would not be moving forward. For the record, I have multiple years of experience doing this exact function. Also when I applied, the posting was over 30 days old. I continue to see new postings for the same role in the same office, so it seems they do not have other candidates for this role and are continuing their search.
