Proceso de selección bien estructurado (Panel de candidatos, entrevistas con RH y area), dan seguimiento a tu proceso, pruebas medicas, cognitivas. Candidatos muy preparados para la posicion.
Easy and straightforward. Nothing to write home about. Dont worry, you won’t be caught off guard. Walk me through your experience, basic “tell me about a time when” and the like.
