I applied through university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Wasn't too hard.
Applied through my school, heard back after a few weeks and got an interview on campus with 2 people (HR and supervisor).
Got a response a few more weeks later asking me to come in and meet my potential supervisors. Went in, got asked a few questions in regards to what I'm studying and why I want to work with Pepsico, got an offer the next day via email asking to do a background and criminal check.
Questions are pretty standard, just prepare for some sales related questions (not hard at all).
Pretty typical interview, will ask about your plans for the future and where you see yourself in a few years. Be prepared to have an in-depth answer, not just about were you would be in the company, but where do you see yourself generally.

Question 1
One challenge you have faced in your previous position and how did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Jackson, TN) in Sep 2025
Interview
Decent interviewer with normal interview questions you would expect from a large company; apparently it’s customary for them to not let you know, as would be expected from a reputable establishment, if not only as a courtesy, whether you were their choice or not. Note to whomever with the company may see this… show a little professionalism and reach out to candidates either way.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a difficult task or deadline to meet… how did you achieve it?
It was a brief interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and created a smooth interviewing environment. The questions were pretty much what you would expect, and it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" you with any.
