Applied through a referral. I was contacted within days by a recruiter and given a straight forward phone interview. In-office interviews were scheduled for the following week with 3 Peloton staff including a Partner, Manager, and Consultant. The interview questions were about past experiences, theoretical situations and problem solving abilities. There was also discussion evaluating fit with the company's philosophy and internal community (e.g. networking in the office on Friday, developing thoughtware, participating in civic activities). The interviews went well but I never heard from anyone when the process ended.

Being in the office on Friday each week to talk with fellow consultants and share knowledge is equally as important as client work delivered during the other days of the week. How do you feel about commuting to the office on Friday?
