Awful experience...I had a call with HR, a video interview, and a writing test. It took them 22 days to get back to me that I didn't pass the test, I followed up more than once and each time they gave a different excuse. When I was told I didn't pass, there was no feedback and the test wasn't mentioned at all. I was told they went with someone that had more AI experience on their resume. Why ask for a test when it has no bearing on the position and waiting that long to hear back? Not okay. Don't waste your time with this company.
