I applied online. I interviewed at Pathways Hospice (Fort Collins, CO) in May 2015
Interview
Team of 3 came in asked question off sheets of paper.it was very unprofessional and impersonal. Nothing was off the top of their heads it was all off of paper and that to me is a slap in the face.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pathways Hospice
Interview
I applied online and then was contacted for an in person interview. The interview was extremely generic which was disappointing for a hospice company. Questions were vague and impersonal to this line of work, both interviewers were frantically writing down notes the entire interview which was distracting and did not feel organic. Company values and/or benefits of working for the company were not discussed what so ever. After the interview they send you an email requesting reference checks. The reference checks are completed by e-mail and are a bit lengthy. If you have completed these steps and your references check out they have you preform basic per-employment steps like drug testing, motor vehicle insurance verification, etc. Again, if all of these steps check out they will draft up an offer letter and you may choose to accept the position.
