I applied online. I interviewed at Parallel Advisors in Mar 2025
Interview
The initial interview consisted of basic screening questions typically asked (Tell me about yourself, why did you leave your last role..etc).
The second interview was with one of the operations managers, and she didn't necessarily ask behavioral questions, but asked more about my experience and how it aligned with the role.
The 3rd interview was with another operations manager who did not ask any questions pertaining to my experience that related to the role. Instead, it felt like an interrogation about the first leadership role I was in for 6 months and what methodology I used for providing feedback, coaching, improvement plans, how it was implemented, and how I saw results. I was pressed about this pretty intensely and she even said that paying attention to detail and working in a fast paced environment was important, but never asked any questions about my experience pertaining to those important points and how it aligned with the role.
I never heard back from the recruiter anytime I asked him questions throughout the process unless he was reaching out to me on his own terms to ask me about scheduling another interview. I was never contacted further after the 3rd interview and saw the role was reposted.
