First contacted by HR in St. Louis for a phone interview. Next step: phone interview with the hiring manager and then a face-to-face. Both the HR & hiring manager were professional and easy to talk to -- no tricky or intimidating questions. Friendly and team-oriented culture.

None. They asked specific questions to the qualifications and experience -- no off-the-wall or unexpected questions.
Had a great phone screen but it never moved last that point. Both the HR rep and myself could feel it wouldn't have been a good fit but never came out and said it. Was happy with the process overall.
