The interview process was pleasant for the most part. I think that the HR rep that made contact with me was very friendly and responsive. They gave me the impression that I was a good candidate for the job.
First, HR recruiting will reach out to you....they provide you with material about the company to read beforehand. The first interview was with HR and took 30 minutes. HR then informs you that the 2nd interview will be with a panel/group.
The group interview was with 5 people and via teams due to COVID. The group interview was supposed to be with 5 people, but only 3 were present....one employee took charge of the interview. The other 2 were a bit more reserved and one very quiet. About 30 minutes into the interview the sr. manager and another employee showed up. The interview then became disorganized. The Sr. manager asked what she had missed and none of the other employee's answered so , I was unsure if she was asking me or them, because we started to all speak at the same time. The Sr. Manager did not see very interested in covering what had been discussed....she just asked to be filled in. She looked through some papers and apologized for being tardy, but that gave me the impression I was just another person on the checklist for the day. I felt the 5 people on the call/meeting were unnecessary as only 3 people asked questions and the other 2 dropped off sometime during the meeting, because i could no longer see them. We went the full hour for the interview.
