I applied for this position through College. The process took 1 week. The HR manager contacted me after 1 day. And I went to the interview the next week. The interview took around 30 mins. Questions are mainly about things on my resume.

First online through several questionnaires, then several rounds of interview which included junior HR, manager and senior HR. And a presentation about yout research is also necessary. They would also ask you questions based on your research, and why did you choose this theme, what is your dream in 5 years/10 years...
