2 rounds only. Very specific. Good questions. Checked Technical as well as psychological thinking. Panel explained about the company in detail. final round was a telephonic one and was from USA. Gentleman made me feel comfortable. whole process went fast except for the Offer letter which was to be signed of by co. CEO from USA.

1. Technical questions about C++, Memory Management and Data Structures.
2. Questions about the projects worked on.
3. Some HR related questions such as "If Manager assigns you a task which is impossible to finish withing given time frame, what would you do".
