Phone Interview with HR. Then phone interview with hiring manager. Then Face to Face with 4 members of the management team you will be working with. You will meet with the hiring manager first, then 3 more manager one right after the other. The VP likes to have you sit through 4 interviews in a row.
My issue was they asked me about my Scrum Master, Project Management skills, and how I would deal with certain situations. But when I got the reject from the HR recruiter I was told I was rejected due to the fact I was lacking in Financial Service Experience. They never asked me about my Financial Service Experiences. I have 15+ years of experience, but nothing was asked of what I did or what I could do.
It was negative, because the VP of the group I interviewed with main purpose was to put you on the defensive, and likes doing this. I am not sure what this proves. He kept asked off the wall questions to frustrate you and try and make you angry. Then sit there and smile, I just answered and moved on.
The other 3 interviewers were awesome, great questions, great time with them.
