There were several steps to the interview. 1. General aptitude test - test like at most places. 2. Maintenance aptitude test - Moderately difficult but reasonable, covered mechanical and electrical 3. Interview with Maintenance Supervisor - tour of plant and discussed equipment 4. Interview with Maintenance Manager - discussed current and intended culture within maintenance 5. Interview with HR Manager - further discussion of culture and discussion of benefits
