After sending in cover letter there is a few short answer questions you have to answer, each about a paragraph. Then I got an email for a 45 minute google meets interview.

It was a questionnaire followed by phone interview. The questionnaire has a lot of questions that you need to write long, thought out responses to. As a part of this, you also need to generate a custom writing sample. I was asked to write a letter to the editor in response to a recent news article of my choosing.
