Round 1 - Group interview : We were divided into two groups, and given sets of cases (5 pdfs) to read through. We had to disucss within the team which set to choose for a M&A case and present our set to the HR. They don't want right answer but want you to show your quick math and thinking skills and show off how you collaborate.
2 - Technical & Behavioral Questions :
The techincal round wasn't technical but rather a behavioral round asking about skills and experiences. The behvaioral was pretty standard with tell me about a time questions + standard behavioural quetions you find online
3 - Partner interview:
Was told this is a chill meet & greet round but was actually the most challenging of all rounds. Partner asked questions about past experiences, a a case study type question where he asked me how I would consider calculating transimssion infrastructure demand due to the growing renewable market. He also asled question like why PA, why consulting? what are you afraid of in this role?
