I met with a broad cross section of people, including the CTO, COO, an engineering manager, and some staff level engineers. I interviewed for a relatively senior position, so this may or may not be representative of the typical engineer interview. Still, everyone I talked to was super friendly, asked good questions, and were all super jazzed about the company mission and opportunities ahead. When I asked about the challenges the companies are facing, they were all very open about it and we had good discussions about ways to tackle them, particularly from an engineering perspective. It's my first week on the job and so far everyone has been super friendly and supportive, consistent with what I saw during interviews
