Interview
I attended a three hour interview and was grilled continuously by 3 different and rotating panels of multiple interviewers, responding to rapid fire questions from each interviewer. I spoke to multiple levels of management throughout the company. It was honestly very harrowing but I felt like I was on top of my game except that I was new to the State and was not familiar with this state's labor laws.

Interview
The first interview consisted of a telephone screen conducted by a recruiter. The 2nd interview was conducted by one of the hiring managers. My last set of interviews was a panel interview with 3 of the managers.
