Question 1
What’s a challenge you not ready for with this role?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Out & Equal (Oakland, CA) in Sep 2022
Interview
A rollercoaster ride. Had great interview interactions with HR and then got rejected. Then was re-invited to interview and got through to the 4th round. The final interviewer obviously hadn't reviewed my information at all. Just got rejection email and am offended.

Question 1
What do you think are the top two challenges for LGBTQ+ employees in the workplace today?
It is really hard to wrap my head around the fact that this organization is apparently entirely devoted to equity, and yet they do not include any sort of salary range in their job postings when this practice is widely known to result in pay discrepancies.
