Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter; hiring manager interview; ML modeling/ coding assessment; three technical interviews; final subject matter expert interview. All interviewers were helpful, asked good questions, and gave good feedback on what working at OURA is like. Technical interviews were mostly situational (e.g. How would you approach this technical problem?) and behavioral (e.g. Tell me about a time you ___).

Go through the process of developing a binary classification model on a simple test dataset

Interview
Interview process was clear and well structured, didn't contain any silly coding tasks or "where do you see in 5 years" boilerplate. Three rounds plus an extra bonus round with the Head of Science, all with a convivial atmosphere.

Sounds a bit intensive, but it was quite fast back to back.
All took a month
Two or three interview rounds could have been merged, though it was an opportunity for me to spend more time with them and get to know them better.
